System locked; license is invalid or expired

I have migrated a server from a SUSE server to a Red Hat server, and after the migration, i have installed a temporary license for testing purposes. The temporary license expired or became invalid. Now, when i attempt to install a permanent license, i am encountering the following error: 

System locked; license is invalid or expired.

Hi! Are you talking about the SAP license? Or the DB license? If it is the DB license, and the DB is SAP HANA, then the suggestions on the KBA mentioned on the answer that was given to this post should fix it.
