Dear SAP Community,
I'm trying to steup Joule for SAP Sales and Service Cloud System, now i came across following error after running the Joule Booster:
Synchronization between SAP Sales and Service Cloud System and Joule System has failed
I've already checked that both the joule and Sales and Service Cloud system use the Default Identity Provider: Identity Authentication in CIS (cloud identity services)
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know 😉
