SWPM installation in windows, problem: unable to access shared folder

Dear All

I have a problem with SWPM installation in Windows Server 2022.

When I run the phase: Execute Services , it occurs an error.

I tried to access shared folders: sapmnt, saploc , it was unable to access them.

What can I do for the issue?

You can execuse preparations job check in SWPM befor you install. Maybe can be given some advice about the system config .

Check this SAP note 2887797 if possible share the SAPinst log as an attachment

It's a local account (not administrator or domain account) and belong to group administrators.

Is this a Windows firewall or is any antivirus software blocking? are you able to access the share from some other PC or server on the same LAN?

Windows Firewall is off (public, private), still unable to access shared folder, even made by myself(everyoe full control).

There are multiple SAP notes mentioning the error you have encountered - 3295227, 2684318, 2672143, 2800216. Please check if any of these are relevant for your scenario.
