SWPM 1.0 Not Automatically Open Browser (sapwebdisp no running after trigger sapinst)

Hi SAP Experts, 

Hope you are doing well. 

I am encountering a very weird issue when running SWPM/SAPINST for our system refresh. 

Supposedly, the browser will automatically open after running sapinst. But in our case, it won't open due to sapwebdisp does not automatically runs. We tried using both new swpm and old one, but we are having the same result. 

Tried everything, deleting old temp files, making sure no running sapinst services running when running new sapinst server. 

Appreciate your inputs on our issue.

Did your WINDOWS account have administrative rights? 

Do you started CMD.EXE as an Administrator?

Hi Martin,

Yes. The user I am using does have enough authorization to run SWPM. 
Tried running SWPM on CMD (Run as Admin) and running SWPM as Administrator.
