Hello,
Some alerts in SAP Solution Manager needs some work and are recognized. So we postpone the Alert for some time and we create a ITSM ticket for it, so we can solve the Alert.
When we postpone the Alert the Alert doesn't appear in the Alert Inbox, which is good.
However it should be nice, when the System Monitoring knows the Alert is postponed and "Under Construction". And it will also not seen in the System Monitoring as a Alert. So it will turn to green (or orange/yellow) in stead of red.
Is there a way to manage?
