As per the SAP Documentation, How to Enable Compression. I followed the instructions and tried to achieve data compression. Unfortunately, it didn't work as mentioned in the document. I passed the request Header Accept-Encoding and set to gzip and made a HTTP GET request call. On receiving the OData HTTP response there was no change in the content-length nor some information in the response header stating the data has been sent in a compressed format. Do I need to make any configuration changes for the SAP GATEWAY CLIENT or enablement of any sort of Network Compression in order to achieve this?
