SUM Update Error on Solution Manager

Hi,

I am having an error updating Solution manager to SP12 from SP04. I am using SUM and please see error attached.

I am just on the step specify credentials.

Log is also attached here. Please assist us as we have a go-live this week so we need to update the SP to a higher level.

Each problem should be logged in a separate thread & this makes easy for everyone.

Check below OSS notes , there are few OSS talks about error at phase; MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE

1926261 - Central Note - Software Update Manager 1.0 SP11 [lmt_007]

1964350 - DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND during parallel DBCLONE processes

As RB said earlier, check for instance status , if it is running you may able to login to Shadow instance also with DDIC.& check if you have any abap dumps (as per above note).

Hi Arunachalam,

We have seen that note and we have passed those notes. And we don't find any related solution on those notes.

We are not yet on the shadow instance. Since i tried to manually start the shadow instance in CMD but said it does not exist yet.
