SUM Update Error on Solution Manager

Hi,

I am having an error updating Solution manager to SP12 from SP04. I am using SUM and please see error attached.

I am just on the step specify credentials.

Log is also attached here. Please assist us as we have a go-live this week so we need to update the SP to a higher level.

Did you look into this SAP note ?

1401712 - JSPM/SAPJup/SAPehpi/SUM cannot detect all cluster instances

Try to use the suggestions given.

Which user are you using for running SUM ?

Also,

Have a look into these notes:

2013568 - Update tool returns "instance is not detected" error

And share output of

sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function GetSystemInstanceList

Otherwise, take a restart of your SAP system and try again.

service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT

Set the above parameter in the DEFAULT.PFL profile and restart all sapstartsrv services.
