SUM Update Error on Solution Manager

Hi,

I am having an error updating Solution manager to SP12 from SP04. I am using SUM and please see error attached.

I am just on the step specify credentials.

Log is also attached here. Please assist us as we have a go-live this week so we need to update the SP to a higher level.

Hi

please do the following

go to following directory

/SUM/sdt/param

and in file - jump_config.txt

change the following value

/sapstartsrv/httpsconnection to false

repeat the phase .

Hi

can you try the same with older version of SAP SUM

as i can see is you are using newer version of SAP SUM 1.0.11.2

i request you to please use the older version .

please clean whole SUM directory .

i think SUM 1.0.9 is stable . please try upgrading with the same

and let me know if you are still facing the error.

in 9 also if you face the same error then please do change the parameter as i have suggested earlier.
