SUM SP19: Password for 'sapsso' does not work, please reenter

Hi Experts,

I try to update the system using SUM tool in the environment:

Windows Server 2012 and Sybase ASE 16.0.02.05

I got this error in the PREP_INIT/DBQUERY_PRE phase:

I attached the files log from ..SUM\abap\log

Does anyone have the solution for this please? I've checked the SUM SP19 and ASE specific note. And I've tried switching off

net password encryption reqd

Still getting the same error.
