SUM Run DMIS_CNT2011_1_731.SAR archive doesn’t exist

Good Day

I am running SUM in preparation of the upgrade from 1909 to 2023.

 

However, it fails because the DMIS_CNT2011_1_731.SAR archive doesn’t exist, its not being downloaded via the maintenance planner probably due to license or authorization issues.

Did you solve the problem?
I have the same problem and I think it is the packages referencing the TDMS.
