suddenly dynamic parameter gone missing from all reports

Hi,

I am so puzzled and panicking right now. Last I ran Crystal report 2016 June 30th 2022 and I did not find any issues in any reports which I ran from BI.

Yesterday July 7, 2022 , I noticed that my dynamic parameter suddenly gone missing from all reports which were uploaded on BI as well as about to be uploaded on BI.

I ran one report on July 20th and noticed the error CRWEB0000019 . When I re uploaded this report, it worked ok. Week after this, I see dynamic parameter missing from all reports.

I am not sure if this is a run time error or what.

I need this issue to be fixed asap as next week some schools need these reports.

What do you mean by "dynamic prompts are missing"? Is it that the prompts themselves are missing from the reports? Or is it that the prompts are no longer dynamic?

Since you are using BOE I suggest creating an Incident in Support and work with a Rep to debug the issue.

What version of CR are you using?

All older versions used Flash to handle parameters, now it uses HTML5.

Likely cause is Windows update removed Flash.

Hi Dell,

All reports have Dynamic parameter. We have been using these reports for last 3-4 years and no issue found.

Now, only dynamic parameter is missing from all reports since July 15th2022. from all reports uploaded on BI as well as the one I just modified and not uploaded on BI .

We have 259 schools and without dynamic list, these reports won't work. Two file attached .
