For the second level navigation bar, is there a way to "lock" it so that when the page is scrolled to the bottom, the navigation bar can still be seen and not "disappear"?

Alternatively, if the above cannot be achieved, is there anyway i can include a custom text widget with hyperlink at the bottom of the page, that will bring me back to the top of the page upon clicking it? Example at the bottom of the page, have a "Back to the top" text/link that ic clickable and brings me to the top of the page. If this is doable, what is the hyperlink that needs to be configured?

You might want to consider / review the site-menu builder for creating start pages instead of the out of the box ‚Home'. With adding menu items as workpages/workspaces/… this can be achieved. The menu is then sticky also when scrolling: https://help.sap.com/docs/build-work-zone-advanced-edition/sap-build-work-zone-advanced-edition/conf...

Clarifying if my understanding is correct1. Do you mean only the main menu (1st level) can be sticky and “locked” when scrolling? 2. And for the navigation menu (2nd level), it is not possible to keep it sticky and locked when scrolling?

When using 'Home' only the first level is sticky. If for example adding a workspace as menu item, also the second level (if selected to show horizontally) are sticky.
