SuccessFactors OData API - EmpJob --> SAP Data Services 4.3 OData Connector

Hi all,

I kind of serious need for help on this. We currently pull out data from SAP Data Services using the Odata Connector against SuccessFactors OData API. We're trying to pull out all data/history. And the loading goes well but we have experienced some issue that not all records are returned. And the annoying part is that is is kind of random what employee ID's is actually loaded. In one previous load an ID is missing but is loaded/apperas in the next load. How can this be?

But how can I determine how records the full load would contain?

I would really appreciate all the input and help I can get to solve this riddle 🙂

Hello,

Almost one year later we see no reply from SAP experts, and of course, we are facing the same issue.

One our interfaces ran fine. SF was down on 4th July because of an attack. Then we faced the same issue (again as we had faced it a year before).

Please note that user info is still on SF API. That says a lot about SAP confidence in moving into ODATA API.
