SuccessFactors IPS Read Job not Running

Hi,

Since the 23/07/2024 our SuccessFactors Source System Read job has not been triggered and does not show up in the provisioning logs. We have tried manually running the Read and Resync jobs and we get a pop up saying the job has been triggered but when we then check the provisioning logs, nothing is showing and our new users are not being created. The Job last ran on - 22/Jul/2024 and all other jobs are running as expected just not SuccessFactors IPS read jobs. 

Have any other customer come across this same issue before?

Hi Shweta,

Check if you have scheduled the read job to run after intervals. click on source system and check the last option - jobs. There check if it's scheduled.

Now when you trigger the job - are you running simulation job - it will just show the data on how many users will be read or written however it will not actually create users.

Try running Read or full sync job - and check the logs.

Sometimes it takes 1-2 minutes to trigger the job and how it in Logs.. when you trigger wait for sometime and check. even if you trigger it multiple times and still can't see it running - raise a ticket to SAP IPS team to check the tool.
