SuccessFactors Extension UI5 App. How to manage Roles/Permissions?

Hello everyone,

do you know what can be the best way to handle roles within/from a sapui5 application?

I want a user who is a division chief for example, can only see the employees of his division.

I don't want to manage it by filters in frontend.

Hello Juan,

guess, you can handle this simply with permissions in SAP SuccessFactors. Because if you are using oData API to get data from SF, then SF gives you only records you have a permission to get.
