Subscription Failure for SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition service

Hi Folks,

I have been trying to get my hand dirty with SAP Build Work Zone hence trying to get subscribe to standard edition service out there on BTP cockpit. However, the main issue here seems to be subscription failure.

I would appreciate if anyone could share work around or solution to this very problem.

Checked other similar post but seems that the problem has been occurring to many since few days.

To subscribe to Workzone in the US10 region on business accounts, the error persists. I have an open support ticket in SAP for 15 days about this problem in US10 and until today I can't use the service.

I checked this out and experienced the same issue. We created a ticket already and the teams are currently working on providing a fix.

Hello Pavan,

I don't think you have done anything wrong. I would highly recommend creating a case with SAP. The error message seems misleading where it tells you to post on the community. 🙂
