I am currently working through the "Creating Processes and Automations with SAP Build Process Automation" Learning Journey. However, while attempting to subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation, I’ve encountered a "Subscription Failed" error. I’ve tried subscribing three times, but the issue persists.
