Is it possible to concatenate characteristics info objects (strings) at bex query designer level to generate a new column for report output without touching backend info providers ?
Even thouogh it states the possibility using formula variable & customer exit, to gain out better performance you should consider doing these kinds of operations in backend data model, it's both easy & efficient there,
