Story will not load

Story will not open, just shows this screen for hours...

Started after a minor change to a singular chart, now won't open in either view or edit mode.

Hello @NPH,

We had a similar issue this week. We were able to solve it by opening the story on a different page by adding parameter "&page=3" to the URL. We had only one working page in our story so it could be that you try out a bit. Once the story opened in edit mode we were able to duplicate the non working pages and delete the original pages afterwards. Maybe it's worth a try if this procedure works on your story, too.

Do you happen to know why this happened for you? I don't recall making any changes to that specific page and can't get into it to try and troubleshoot.

I don't know why it happened. We had last changes in the story last week but the error appeared yesterday the first time. Maybe a bugfix which came to our tenant causes the problem. We are currently on version 2024.2.25 (client) / 2024.2.21 (server).

where exactly did you add the parameter ? I am having the exact same issue with story not loading after adding a new table in it

Thank you Lothar.. I tried playing around with the URL as per the guindance in the help pages but still no luck. I may have to simply start all over again. New to SAC here and so just trying to replicate an existing WEBI report in SAC as a self tutoring exercise. Not as easy as I would was expecting it ..
