Hello,

I need to find out which users have opened a particular story which often. I looked around in the statistic stories but could not find this information anywhere.

Is it possible to see that?

Thanks!

Hello @alexander_john_berlin ,

Tracking Users Who Didn’t Open a Story in SAC you can do this using below methods

1.Audit Logs(In Security Menu)

Filter audit logs by story and time frame.
Compare with the total user list to find non-viewers.

2.Creating Live Data Model based on User's and Teams

Based on that you can create stories By User ID and Count of Session

Kindly like and Upvote if you find it useful!

Hi @alexander_john_berlin ,

1. Go in System>Overview

2.

3. Here you can find as per user and story time

First, verify whether you have access to it or not.

If you don't have access, it won't be visible.

Upvote and accept it if you find it useful!

Thanks

Hello and thank you again for your reply. What I am looking for is the information if particular users did not open a particular story in a certain time frame not how often the story was opened in general. I think I worded it poorly initially. Thank you anyways!

Hi @alexander_john_berlin,

Yes, it is possible to see how much time each user spends on a specific story in SAP Analytics Cloud.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to System > Overview > Home tab.
  2. Locate and open the story you want to analyze.
  3. Click on Performance Analysis.

Here, you can check detailed information about which users have accessed the story and how much time they spent on it.

Hope this helps!

If you find this useful, please upvote.

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply Ygeshwar but I just cannot find the information there. Would you mind sharing a screenshot? Maybe I'm blind!
