I have some complex join conditions and hence wanted to use a Table Function ( As scripted view is no longer recommended). However, it looks as if the table function has its own limitation in terms of handling the multiple input values. I saw a post where there was a workaround mentioned but guess even that would accept only limited values.
Hence, i thought of creating a stored procedure but am not sure how to call it in a graphical view. All the examples that i have seen is to consume the procedures in a scripted view. If the scripted view is obsolete then does that mean the procedure call is also obsolete or is there a way to consume procedures in graphical view ? Please suggest.
