status transition log in service desk

Hi all,

I'd like to have a history about the status transition in SLFN log like a Charm: "The status was set to the value xxx"

is this possible?

Hello Ignacion,

In this activity you can control some action messages in the log: Change transactions types - Actions in charm - actions basic settings.

But for what I have seen, you cant control the log for status transition, I think it is hardcoded
