ST-A/PI,01T_700 prerequisite not fulfilled

Hi experts,

I want to run SAP Readiness Check 2.0 and I find there is no problem to install the latest version of ST-PI and ST-A/PI. However, I stuck in production system and it always shows "ST-A/PI,01T_700 prerequisite not fulfilled", please see the screenshot. I took me a few hours to troubleshoot and I still can't get it.

Hi Dennis,

From the screenshot the package SAPKITAB7V is not imported.

SAPKITAB7V is the support package for ST-A/PI 01T_700 which is SAPKITAB7U

The system would need to have the package SAPKITAB7U imported then the SAPKITAB7V can be imported. Of course they can be imported in the same queue.

Thank you for reply. I test to sapcar SAPKITAB7U and Load Package From Application Server. It turns out SAPKITAB7U can not be imported. Take a look the screenshot of my Development system.

Thank you very much for reply and I really appreciate it. My mistake, I should not use SPAM. I read note 69455 again, all I have to do is to download "Installation and upgrades": SAPKITAB7U and "Support Packages and Patches": SAPKITAB7V and SAPKITAB7W and install all of them via T-Code: SAINT. That's it.

Hi Dennis,

The screenshot is of the Support Packages from SPAM, "Directory" (select display option) -> Display. This option displays the "Component Support Packages" imported. "CSP" not the "Addon Install" (AOI)packages
To view the installed add-ons you can view in "Systerm" -> "Status" anc click the magnifying glass icon.

I share my test system for example. In my test system the ST-A/PI is currently release 01S_700 (SAPKITAB7Q) with no Support Packages.

The display in SPAM shows

Notice the SPAM display shows the latest ST-A/PI as SAPKITAS1H which is the support package for release 01N_700SOL.

In SAINT add the two packages SAPKITAB7U (AOI) and SAPKITAB7V (CSP) the DEV system shows also SAPKITAB7W (CSP) , it can also be added to the same queue.
