Hello All

I configured SSO between EP 7.0 sp 20 and SRM 5.0.Connection test is successfull but when I test SSO via

System Administration->Suupprt Desk->SAP application->Transaction ,I get the GUI screen which gives error <<<System Received an Expired SSO ticket >>..Have checked multiple forum links and SAP notes but no success.

Have checked below points. Can please tell me anything I missed to check??/

1.Connection test is successfull.

2.Certificates are valid.

3.Both systems have similar date and time.

4.Login/create and Login/accept parameters are in place.

5.Rebooted both ABAP and EP .

6.Checked SSO2 tcode, everything is in green status and looks ok.

7.Login/Expiration time parameter has 8 hours value.

8.Deleted and imported EP certificate many times through STRUSTSSO2.

Thanks

Hi Khaiserkm

Please look at the [http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/EP/PointersforTroubleshootingPortalRuntimeErrors|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/EP/PointersforTroubleshootingPortalRuntimeErrors] and try to increase the Lifetime of Sap Logon Ticket. then check the issue.

Thanks Arun ,

It's resolved after synching the time between EP and authentication server(ECC).Was in the perception that Sync between EP and SRM is sufficient but was wrong.

Khaiser
