SSAM2310 WorkOrderOperation - MobileStatus missing

Hello,

we are currently setting up the SSAM2310 but we are facing some issues.

When synchronizing initial or delta, the MobileStatus information is always missing for Operations.

We are working on AssignmentLevel 6.

The Mobile Status information is correcly loaded for Notifications, WorkOrders, SubOperations - but only not for Operations. Becuse of this we cannot work with them on SAM: There is an information on status label "## "

I have checked SYLCO:

- Depenend Objects in "SAM2310_WORK_ORDER_GENERIC" and for alle entries it seams the same

--> WOOPERATION/SAM2310_PM_MOBILE_STATUS/MobileStatus,...

--> WOSUBOPERATION/SAM2310_PM_MOBILE_STATUS/MobileStatus,...

In Debugging Mode and AdminPanel we can see, that also the Operations are there, but the MobileStatus does not come up on SSAM:

Does anybody have an idea what there could be missing?

Also the direct call via /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE on "MyWorkOrderOperations/OperationMobileStatus_Nav" is working and we can see the status correctly. 

In "Traces" and the PMMobileStatus batch only the Notifications, SubOperation and WorkOrders are correctly loaded.

Do you have the unencrypted database files? First thing to check is whether the mobile status data is there in the offline app.
