SSAM2310 Measurment Documents full load in each delta sync

Hello,

we are working with SSAM2310 on customer side and are facing issues with the Measurement Documents in Delta Sync.

The sync is fast, but after we changed any data (confirmation, WorkOrder, Notification,...) and press sync --> all the Measurment Documents are loaded once again. We have many data in there, so this step costs us >20sec.

We did not change any settings in this OMDO. Does anybody know, how to configure that the Delta is not ignored or does anybody have the same problem?

thank you for the fast response.

The Notes are looking correct for us - but it seams that all of them are not for our release:

Can you tell us which possibilities we have in that case?
