SSAM 2405 with Dynamic forms - Forms are not loading

Hello Experts,

I am trying to enable and load the Dynamic forms to SSAM 2405 Mobile application with SAP ERP.

I followed the steps provided in the SAP help portal and configured the Dynamic forms at each level. (Form Explorer, Config panel Form Agent, Form and Template management in the BTP Dynamic forms application).

I can create the forms against the Equipment, Functional Location Object type at Form Explorer and I can see the created forms against the Equipment in the Form Explorer, but the same forms are not loading to the SSAM 2405 application. 

My User Id have all the authorizations in SAP and also in cloud.

Could you please suggest me on downloading the Dynamic forms in SSAM 2405 app?

Hi Pramila,

I'm experiencing the same issue as you described. Were you able to find a solution?

EDIT: After reading your post again, my issue might be different. My forms are downloaded in SSAM and I can see them in the Form section of WO, but when I open them, it is just showing a blank page. Only the buttons and page title are visible.
