I don't know about you, but I find it annoying when an ancient question appears at the top of the SQLA display even though nothing's been added or edited.
Apparently it's the StackExchange software doing it. Here's what it says in the profile for the user named "Community"...

Hi, I'm not really a person.
I'm a background process that helps keep sqla.stackexchange.com clean!
I do things like
Randomly poke old unanswered questions every hour so they get some attention
Own community questions and answers so nobody gets unnecessary reputation from them
Own downvotes on spam/evil posts that get permanently deleted

To answer your next question, no, I'm not going to do anything about it, not even ask for a feature change.
Just grumble <g>
Request clarification before answering.
