Hello everyone,

we have recently migrated a SAP installation EHP 1 for SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 installation from Windows Server 2008 R2/SQL SERVER 2008 to Windows Server 19 dacenter/SQL SERVER 2019. The problem is that when i launch DB02 transaction there are no data but the message:

Unspecified error occurred in GET_RAT_VERSION(2)

Database is not yet configured for monitoring

49 actions disabled. Reason: monitor objects missing

I tried to execute the scripts from db02 but nothing changes. The installation is distributed so we have a DB server and an application server. Can anyone help to solve the issue ?

Thank a lot

hi alexis84

as you are in the correct SPS 18 , i think the correct answer is apply note 2472269 as firstly stated by diego.hernandez.rollizo

Once above is done and only if it does not fix the issue, you may need to rexecute the scripts as per following:

- dbacockpit -> expand configuration from left hand panel -> double click monitoring environment -> execute all scripts

thats it, i'm sure this is the end of your nightmare 🙂
