Split batch, Picking and PGI using single IDOC (SHPCON) for Outbound delivery

I want to batch split items, pick, pack, and perform PGI in a single IDOC (SHPCON). At present, I am unable to do so in a single IDOC. However, I can perform a batch split in one IDOC using the segment E1EDL18-QUAF = 'CHG', and in another IDOC, I can handle picking, packing, and PGI using the segments E1EDL18-QUAF = 'PIC' and E1EDL18-QUAF = 'PGI', but not all in a single IDOC. Need some urgent help.
