We are accessing Spatial explorer which is part of the SAP GEF components.
When loading spatial explorer from fiori through the load balancer URL it returns Configuration could not be loaded. However when access directly from the application server URL it works just fine. Attached is the configuration can not be loaded error.
Is anyone aware of why this issue may exist, working when using the application server URL and not when using the load balancer URL. Thanks,
