SPA Agent not able to login with Universal ID

Hi All,

I am trying to login to the SPA agent using my universal ID in client server machine. I am getting the error Univ ID not supported in IE. PFA screenshot.

Agent version - 2.0.30.45

Can anyone help me here please.

Hi @ketan.gandhirajan,
The issue might be because the connection through IE does not work as expected because of deprecated IE from Windows.

The resolution to this issue has been captured in this knowledge base article 3107876 - SAP Universal ID pop when logging into SAP Intelligent RPA Agent, you can try it.

Hi ketan.gandhirajan,

Hope your "client server machine" where agent is running has Chrome or MS Edge.

These are the two browsers supported,.

Ok. For some reason neither of the browsers are being recognized. Can you please revisit / redo each step in link shared earlier
