Somehow couldnt connect to SLD. but to some logged in users they could actually use the app

a user that just came in to work suddenly unable to log in

on logged in user however, are able to use the app as usual

but unable to relog due to database went missing.

logged in users can post or update, however other users are unable to log in.

Hi Edy

Please check below steps:

1)  Restart Server tools service and check issue again.

2) If still having this issue, please check if you ca login to SLD control Center. If not, please check if someone changed B1SiteUser password ?

3) Also check SAP note 3043081 to reset the B1SiteUser password .
