Some employees are not being synced to IAS/IPS from SuccessFactors, not included on skip/error log

Hello,

Some employees are not being synced to IAS/IPS and do not appear on the error or skip logs. There are no filters set to exclude these users, their data in SuccessFactors is unique, and we do not have IAS for ONB enabled. Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, what was the fix? Any insight on what may be the cause is greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Sydnie

I am also encountering the same issue for (as far as we know) a singular user at a brand new IAS/IPS/SF instance. We did run check tool according to "3396997 - [H2 2023] User Account management check tool enhancement" that helped us determine and fix a few issues with users missing User Account info and Login Name missing in SF. The user in question still did not sync over even after "fixing" some data in SF though. Nor does it throw an error in IPS at all.

If we find a solution I'll try to share it with you, we are probably going to open an SAP ticket to help.

Apologies for the delay! According to SAP Support, the issue with some users not syncing to IAS was due to the extension status not being set to 0 or 1. You can find the extension status by navigating to Data Inspector -> Table_USER_ACCOUNT and filter on extension status=2. SAP must run a script on their end to resolve. I hope this helps if you are still encountering an issue.
