Solution to automatically update CDC schema field

Hello,

Is there a possibility to automatically sync 2 fields in CDC schema , between a standard field and a custom data field.

There are 2 scenarios and solutions for your query:-

1. When using the CDC Screensets (client call)
Solution: 2 ways you can try

• Add a JavaScript code in the screenset to update the custom field value from the original value during submit, or
• Schedule a dataflow on a frequency and copy the original-field value to custom-field.

2. When using the CDC APIs (server-side call)
Solution: In this case, you can pass the same value in the paylod to custome-field as of original-field.
