Solution Manager (without ChaRM) integration with Azure DevOps

Hello Respected members,

Our leaders are planning to use Azure DevOps , and part of integration is usign CTS+ in Solution Manager and then integrated ti Azure Devops. Currently we are only using Solution Manager for Transports management. 

My Qs is can we integrate Solution Manager with CTS+ (without ChaRM) to Azure DevOps?

Thanks vera, for sharing gCTS Note information, gCTS is also a consideration. CTS+ can be configured on Solution Manager so wanted to see if anyone has experienced it.
