Solution Manager SP upgrade

When we upgrade the Solution Manager support pack, do we need to re-run every step in "Mandatory Configuration? I wasn't able to find documentation on this, hopefully you can help. Thanks!

Dear Customer,

After upgrading the Solution Manager support package, please make sure that the following:

1. Ensure that both Solution Manager System and Managed Systems are configured correctly in LMDB.
2. Check mandatory configuration in solman_setup and make sure all steps are completed with green lights. (including re-execution steps marked in yellow lights & new steps coming with the SP upgrade)
   1. - System preparation
   2. - Infrastructure Preparation
   3. - Basic Configuration
3. Check all activities in Managed Systems Configuration and make sure all steps are completed successfully with green lights.
