I looking at a scenario with integrating MS Project mpp file with Solution Manager. I am aware of the integration using cProjects, but that really doesn't meet my needs for several reasons. I need bi-directional updates - including creating and updating tasks in MS Project. I also need to have updates go into custom tables - not cProjects tasks.
I'd be open to pulling apart that code if it meant I could use pieces of it to achieve the integration...but I don't think it's there.
I think I'm going down the road of Gateway and oData...but I'm not that technical with it. Are there other options that I should be considering?
Anyone have advice for the right direction? I'm not going to be doing the coding, but I need to determine what kind of skillset I'm going to bring in.
