Solution Manager Charm document archive

Hello, 

We would like to archive the old change documents in SAP solution manager, along with the attachments like PDF, Word, Excel in the change documents. Could you please suggest any possible way of archiving and retrieving the change documents and the attachments of those change documents.

Hello, When we trying to view the old Archieve change documents through T-code:SARE in solution manager ,we are unable to see the transports under transport management for all CD's under Charm app,COuld your help on it.
