Solution Manager - Application monitoring for 'Deactivated Update'

Hello SAP,

We used to have a situation where our update gets deactivated (SM14) for an application server as per SAP note - DIGITS - Update has been deactivated sporadically in SM13 or SM14.

We would like to know if there is an alert metrics with solution manager to capture this event and get an alert.

From system monitoring side, we don't have standard template to monitoring on the SM13 & SM14 deactivated updates. 

In SAP standard template, we only have below two metrics that are relevant for update:

Number of updates in error status (older 1 day)

Update Status  -- Info Only

Since there's no standard metrics available for your need,  you would need to refer to KBA ##2484872 to create your custom metrics. However, creating custom metrics might need the involvement of your development teams and would be fall into consulting issue.
