Solman Upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2 sp9

Hi Everyone,

I have faced a problem when Im trying to upgrade solman and I cannot fix it up. also I could not find nothing about it in sap support. Could you help me out about this?

Hi ONUR KAHRAMAN,

Solman 7.1 was a dual stack, whereas Solman 7.2 sp09 is seperated Java system from the ABAP part. Could you please confirm if the Dual stack split is already performed before this activity as this part is not included in your question. Anyways if that is done, the next part is to check the DEFAULT.PFL details of the Java part system & the Secstore.properties & Secstore.key

You can also check the status of java system if that is up or not by calling jsmon pf=<path of Instance profile>

Also please check the SAP Note: 2818099, 2318596 & below,

Hi Kaushik,

I haven't split the dual stack yet because on the sap note, SAP says, split it after upgrade. Also I have read all of those documents. but I couldnt find anything else.
