Solman need to update on latest Available SPS(7.2 SPS 03 to 7.2 SPS 18)

we are just need to update our existing Solman 7.2 SPS 03 to latest available SPS 18, here we are seeking your help to check feasibility in order to update the system on latest SPS.
kindly find the below existing system details.
OS: SUSE Linux 12 SPS5
DB: Oracle 12.1.0.2
Current SPS:03 (08/2016)
