Hi Experts,
When user set Normal Change to Imported in to production, the corresponding change request will set to implemented status.. which will again set the corresponding incident to In Process status. This is by default.
But we don't want the incident set to 'In Process' in this scenario. The incident status should remain same like previous. No status change of incident is required. Where I need to configure this in SPRO.
Thanks,
Raghav

Hello,
You can change this behaviour by going to SM34 => AIC_SETTINGS2
In SPRO, you get there with path:
SAP Solution Manager
> Capabilities (Optional)
> Change Control Management
> Change Request Management Framework
> Make settings for change transaction types
Then, select your request for change transaction type , navigate to folder "assign actions", and check the actions for user status E0005 (this is the usual for Implemented) and for E0006 (confirmed).
The action SET_PREDOC is the action that changes the incident status. You may remove this action from your request for change transaction type .
If you remove this setting from standard transaction types such as SMCR, any piece list activation after a Support Package update will revert the configuration, so it is always a good practice to have your own Z transaction types in ChaRM.
