i would have this kind of problem, when i create message from fiori dashboard, nothing appears in my messages.
Could you help me understand why?
PS a colleague of mine with the same roles and profiles sees them.

Have you checked SU53 for e.g. missing service (S_SERVICE) Authorizations or sth else there?

i had the same problems with another tile. in the end solved by adding missing services

Yes I checked,

and there is no service suitable for the problem.

I don't understand why a copied user sees the messages while the other doesn't.

Could it be a system bug?
