Solman 7.2 Trex ESH configuration issue

Hi all,

I've successfully installed a solman 7.2 SP8 with a TREX 7.10 77

After all configurations steps in solman_setup i've reached the embedded search part but i cannot get a connector created, on abap side i get errors like index corrupted (even when those indexes not exist before) like the one i get on trex rfc trace:

on trex indexserver trace i get the following errors:

any idea? index files are created in trex index folder but no connectors on solman side.

Trex and solman are both installed on the same server, Windows server 2016

Hi Experts,

we have installed Trex on Solman 7.2 sp7 in which sap is running but we did not configured Trex which is pending and we have observed that the log file under the path $Delta1_$1 is rapidly growing like per day its growing like 94GB and we cant able to open it due to its size, as of now we have stopped trex.

usr\sap\TRS\sys\global\trex\data\index\esh\

can you please advice on this please...ASAP.

Hi Pablo,

I seem to face the same problem or similar as you did after our Solman 7.2 was patched to SP8. Do you still have a problem with this or did you manage to solve it? Can't seem to find any useful information regarding this problem.

Hi,

Is your TREX installed in a server where any other SAP instance is running?

If so, please install TREX in a separate server and retry your configuration.
