SNOTE transport request from development to quality system for import

Hi Experts,

I have downloaded a note in development system and implemented it with transport request creation.

Now before moving the transport request into quality and production systems ..

1) Should I have to download the note in Quality and production systems from SNOTE manually and keep it ready?

2) will that transport request import fail If I dont keep the SNOTE downloaded in advance.

Note : Quality and Production system dont allow the notes download.

Please answer.
