SNC connection error

An SAP BW datastore has been created, and tested successfully.  However, when SNC is enabled, the following error occurs:

Cannot connect to SAP Applications datastore. 

CRFC error: RFC_INVALID_HANDLE - Invalid RFC connection handle: 247649536[SAP Partner].  Please make sure the SAP server is running and the login information is correct. (BODI-1111348).

All parameters in the RFC destination and in the DS RFC connection have been rechecked, and they appear to be correct.  Does anyone have any suggestions for further analysis?

Hi Paul, I am getting the same error. could you please provide details of how this issue was resolved at your end.
