SMQ2 - Display LUW doesn't open the Display Logs

Hi,

we have a question for the community, maybe you can help us. We are trying to display the logs for the SYSFAIL entries in the SMQ2 transaction of our quality system, but it's not working. It works perfectly in the development system and also in the productive system, but not in quality.

Do you know if there is any SAP Note or Blog entry that could help us? We are looking for answers in the SAP Blogs and KBAs, but until now we have not found any useful input 😞

Hi Maria, Is this any authorization missing in QAS, have you check the both systems having same authority?

the check is successful:

But the link in between the SMQ2 "Display Logs" and the SLG1 "Report" for the selected error is not working.

it doesn't look like an authorization problem. The thing is that we cannot open the protocol (SLG1) from the SMQ2 with the double click on the error like normal. And the message is in the SLG1 (we tested it).
It looks like the association in between the SMQ2 and the protocol in the SLG1 has broke.

Hi ,Even i am facing the same issue .not able to get the SLG1 log from statustext on SMQ2.let me know how did you fix it . SMQ

Hi @Atul_Mishr,

unfortunately we're still facing the same problematic and unable to find a solution. We will raise a ticket to SAP. It's quite weird. We compared our configurations (D, Q and P) and all is ok/the same. D and P are ok, but Q is not working at all.
