Smartforms - Label Printing - Texts cut off from left

Hello all,

I have a label that designed in smartforms. When customer takes output from printer first 2 characters cut off.

Printer model is Godex EZ520.

Device type is ZLZEB2.

Label is 2cm X 4 cm.

I need advise, thanks.

Device type ZLZEB2 is a Zebra ZPL2 device type. As per the URL below, it seems that this model Godex EZ520 does not support ZPL2 printer emulation. https://labelkart.in/product/godex-ez-520-barcode-printer/ EZPL and GEPL printer languages are mentioned. It is possible that you can print via a Windows device type like SWINCF which utilizes the Windows printer driver.
